PPM Database Issue – Resolution Steps
Overview
If you experience issues with the PPM database (such as application errors, missing data, or connection problems), please follow the steps below to refresh and download the latest database files.
Step 1: Close the PPM Application
Before starting the process, ensure that the PPM application is completely closed.
Step 2: Run the Database Download Tool

Open File Explorer.

Navigate to the following folder:

Locate the file:

Double-click the file to run it.
This will download and refresh the required PPM database files.
Step 3: Alternative Method (If Step 2 Does Not Work)
If the above step does not resolve the issue:

Double-click the file to execute it.
Important Notes

Make sure PPM is closed before running the database update.

The process may take a few minutes depending on the connection speed.
